Post-Workshop Coaching Extends the Learning Horizon and Promotes Behavior Change
We provide individualized and group coaching interventions for a period of 90 days following our application workshops. Our experience shows that timely coaching interventions are required during the initial implementation period to support skills adoption and follow-through of customer engagement actions in the field. We help participants drive for quick-hit wins by applying the FASTmap™ framework and financial value selling concepts presented in the eLearning course and workshop. We have found that early success breeds confidence and sustains the desired behavior change.
We Partner with Sales Managers to Coordinate Coaching Strategies
Our relationship with your sales managers begins in the assessment/customization/integration phase of our engagement with you. During this initial phase, we conduct an alignment call to emphasize the importance of coordinating our coaching interventions with the ongoing coaching actions of your sales managers. This combination of outside “executive push” and inside “manager pull” provides sales professionals with the right balance of reinforcement resources and pressure to perform.
